EDDIE JUDGE

Strength & Conditioning Trainer, Spartan Race Coach, Cycling Coach

Everyone who knows Eddie’s love for life, happiness, and self-improvement is infectious. He will push you to find the best version of yourself, and is dedicated to making every one of your fitness goals come true.

Eddie has various indoor cycling certifications such as Spinning, Lemond, FreeMotion to name a few. He has trained at many prominent clubs in Orange County such as Equinox, Sports Club LA\Irvine and The Renaissance Sport Aliso Viejo for over 15 years. He is a TRX Certified trainer and holds many other Certifications that have improved his ability to create and capture the essence of clients’ needs.

It's not about how much you can lift, rather about how well you can lift it!

DILLON GEORGE

Personal Trainer, Bikini Competition Expert, Spartan Coach.

Dillon is a personal trainer, small group fitness coach, bikini competition expert and nutrition specialist. Exercise changed his life when he was younger and is now committed to unveiling the amazing capabilities of the human body and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

He coaches others to attain their health and fitness goals by utilizing his effective training techniques and methods.

Dillon Graduated from Pacific Lutheran University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology - Exercise Science concentration, is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, ACE Nutrition Specialist, and a SAIL Instructor for Older Adults.

MELISSA YEARGAN

Personal Trainer, TRX Trainer and Fitness Coach.

Melissa takes great pride in being a US Army Veteran and she uses the discipline and commitment she acquired to motivate and push her clients to help them accomplish their goals. She combines her knowledge of fitness physiology, strength training, flexibility and body alignment to create effective and motivating workouts. She is passionate about helping others to live a healthy lifestyle using proper nutrition, resistance training and cardiovascular exercises tailored to each clients’ need.

Melissa is a Certified Fitness Professional with ISSA, TRX, Schwinn Cycling and Yoga Fit - levels 1, 2 and 3. With over 20 years of experience in the Health & Fitness industry Melissa continues to strive for excellence for her clients as well as herself.

Melissa believes that Health & Fitness is a lifestyle and should be a part of everyone’s daily routine to improve quality of life.

ANNE COX -

Independent

Anne has worked in the health and fitness industry since 1997. She has worked with clients as a personal fitness trainer, a nutritional counselor, and as a corrective exercise specialist. Through one on one guidance and education, she has helped thousands of clients reach their health and fitness goals which include: increased mobility & strength, improved balance and quality of movement, reduced chronic pain, improved athletic performance & reduced body fat.

Her passion is to help people reduce chronic pain, improve daily and athletic performance and increase their quality of life through specific corrective exercise, prescribed functional exercises and individualized coaching. She’s passionate about educating her clients on how to reach their goals, motivating them to get there and seeing the results!

Carl Hyndman -

Cycling Instructor

Certified Indoor Cycle Instructor

A California native, Carl’s passion for athletics started at an early age where he participated in many sports including competitive swimming where he would hone his craft and compete with some of the best swimmers in the world. He progressed steadily and found himself training formally for prestigious events like the Olympic Trials.

With training and sports always part of his lifestyle, he refined his competitive nature to include competitive cycling and holds a USA Cycling license for road and mountain biking and has progressed to the level of Category 2.

In his spare time, he enjoys teaching others his unique approach and holds a certification for spin classes and has plans to establish a diverse range of skills that always keep the most important element in training- Fun!

LOUIS BOSSIER -

NASM & ACE Certified Personal Trainer

Louis is a personal trainer with over 15 years of experience training people from all walks of life. Louis has trained all ages and all levels of fitness, from people just starting their fitness journey to professional athletes. He has been involved in sports his whole life and found it to be a natural transition from athlete to personal training.

He is passionate about his clients reaching their fitness goals and enjoys being the motivation behind them.

MARLON EALY -

Independent

Marlon is an advanced boxing and MMA instructor. His competitive background includes Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, MMA, USA Amateur Boxing and California Golden Gloves. He brings out the best in his clients!

He’s had the privilege to train with world class athletes and brings the talents and skills acquired to his programs.

One of his main goals is to help stressed out executives get in shape.

Charles Oakley

Charles is a college graduate from Humboldt State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology – Teaching/Coaching and is currently pursuing his Masters/Credentials in Physical Education. He coaches High School football and loves teaching and coaching all areas of physical fitness.

Charles is very knowledgeable in the field of human movement and development and can assist with General questions about CUT Fitness as well as many things related to physical fitness.

He understands that a very important aspect of becoming and remaining physically fit is being as comfortable as possible while working out and he will do everything in his power make your CUT Fitness experience just that from the moment you walk in.

Daniela Pomalaza

Growing up I have always enjoyed everything fitness. My passions are architecture and exercising outdoors. You will always see me running around with my dog, as is it is one of my favorite things to do.

Some of my goals include graduating from Cal Poly Pomona, finishing my first half marathon this year, and staying active and healthy.
