With CUT Fitness, our Small Group Strength Training Classes deliver this same level of assessment and programming, while advancing the experience in a small group based atmosphere.
Some class sizes vary and we set a max limit of no more than sixteen per class.
We treat everyone as an individual and understand that there is no “one size fits all” method to make real progress. All our classes are designed to build a foundation and go from there where ever you want to take your fitness journey. From the “never worked out in my life” to the season client looking to improve their daily performance. We offer more than one template workout. Every day you will be challenged with a new workout. We keep you on your toes with all our workouts and make sure you not only get the most out of each rep and set and effort but safe and secure about exceeding your limitations. YOUR FIRST CLASS IS YOUR FIRST STEP
Trying a new workout can be scary. But from the moment you walk in, you’ll feel at ease. After all, we are looking forward to meeting you in person. Plus, we will introduce you to the family. We promise, you will love our family.
Our workouts are designed for all levels. You go at your pace. And with a MYZONE® Heart Rate Activity device, you and your trainer will know exactly when to push yourself and when to rest.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY FIRST CLASS?
Drink plenty of water throughout the preceding day.
Arrive at least 30 minutes prior to class time. A team member will ask you about your fitness goals as well as any injuries or any limitations we should know about.
After explaining how the class works, a personal trainer will lead you through an amazing class designed for you and everyone else in your class. Depending on your fitness level, your trainer will give you guidelines for what to do to keep you safe and effective during your class.
At the END, your trainer will then lead the class through a cool-down stretch. When you get home, you will receive a workout summary with your results, which includes the total number of MEP’s earned, minutes spent in each heart rate zone and calories burned. You can even share you states with our friends!

Recovering from an injury or orthopedic issue and need special guidance? Just tell us! We have professional trainers who can provide options for every movement.
VARIETY FOR EVERYONE
We switch up the workouts so you don’t get stagnant. Every week you will lift, push and pull for endurance, for building strength and for improving performance. Every day is a different workout for upper body or lower body and some days you will run, bike and row simply to improve your performance in each modality.
